About Me

my name is Samwel from Eldoret town, i went to Kalyaet primary school and Kamagut secondary school. My late father owned a very large piece of land in Eldoret town that i decided to convert it into an Agricultural productive land so that i could generate income that could support my mother and my siblings.
That is how i started kale farming in the land, Eldoret is Unique because of the great runners that it produce each and every day.

My Business

I plant kales in my farm and i therefore sale the same to the market places and also to schools within Eldoret town. This goods are very useful because they are sources of food to our body. The demand for the same is equally high because with the many schools around, i a able to win tenders of supplying the kale.
I choose this business because of the availability of the resources to carry out the farming and also availability of market to supply my kales.
I use the profits that i make to support my mother in educating my siblings, provide the basic needs to my siblings as well as carry out my farming business

Loan Proposal

i will use the loan to buy a water sprinkler that will support me irrigate my farm during dry days. A good sprinkler cost around 150 us dollars, Funded with 15 us dollars, i will use the loan in addition to my profits and buy the sprinkler.
I will benefit because i will be irrigating my farm and therefore producing good yields, i ill also be hiring out the sprinkler to other farmers at a cost.
