About Me
My education was short because i only attended primary education, then i went to a technical college and did mechanical works. I did this because i had a relative who owned a car garage and i was also interested in being a mechanic. Education is also not my thing and i used to perform poorly in school. I have been working at my uncle's garage ever since i cleared from the technical college to date, around fifteen years of work. I have been saving to start my own business one day so that u can earn more to put my family in a better position. I have three children, a girl and two boys. My first born girl wants to become a doctor, the second born wants to become an engineer and the last one is always passionate of being a teacher. The unique thing in our land is the need of education. Most parents like me are not educated but they struggle to make sure their children are well educated, i find it surprising
My Business
In our garage we provide services to people who own cars, bicycles, motorcycles and tuktuks. We do the basic repairs to the vehicles, Tyre exchange, car repainting and anything else to do with vehicle problems. This services are useful in the society because our daily life involves transport and our movement from one place to another in search for money. To do this it requires effective means of transport which are the vehicles we have, so it is important to repair the broken one in order to get back to our life routine. Being a mechanic was my passion ever since i was a little kid and i was not good in school so it fits me well and i chose this work because i loved it. I earn a monthly salary, which i use to do all my projects, I save for opening a business of my own and i pay school fees and provide for my family.
Loan Proposal
I love my job because i do this work without so much struggle. I wish to open up a share shop where i can be selling the car, motorbike, bicycle spare parts. I have been saving to start my own business and at the moment i have 250 us dollars, given 25 us dollars, i will add the money to my savings and start up the shop.
i will gain from the shop because my customers will not be going else where to buy the car parts but they will be getting the services from my own shop.
