About Me

Kiptarus is my name, i do farming in Kitale where i was also bborn, i was born and raised in a family of seven being the second born, I schooled at Nyarigos Primary school, Kapcholyo secondary school and later on Kitale Polytechnic.
I was so passionate and determined in school despite the fact that i was not a very bright student, o really wanted to work very hard and become successful in future.
My father owned a very big farm in Kitale and after completing my studies in Agriculture at the Polytechnic he gave 3 hectares of land and that is when the idea of farming and the farming business came to be. I have some capital that enabled me to buy seedlings and planted them using the local manure from the cow dung .
Kitale is unique in that its soil is very fertile and therefore supports different kinds of farming

My Business

I plant and sale food crops, i do crop rotation in my farm where i plant maize, beand and at time tomatoes, onions among others.
This goods are very useful because it is the staple food for many, we must take in something to survive, live and see another day.
I chose this business because i was brought up in a family of farmers and therefore i had the know how of carrying out the farming exercise.
I have been using the income that i get to develop myself financially, support my parents with seeing my siblings in school and also give back to the business

Loan Proposal

with this loan, i will lease a shop in town where i will set up a green grocer business
where i can be selling my harvests from as i also supply my customers orders. I require 55 us dollars to lease the shop, a financial help of 14 us dollars will really boast my capital of starting the grocery.
I will benefit from the green store because i will having a central place where i can be displaying my harvest from as i sell to people. I expect the grain store to give me 40 us dollars each day
