About Me

ABOUT ME

My name is Thomas Appiah. I come from Dompoase, a small village near Kumasi in the Ashanti kingdom of Ghana.I started my basic education at Tepa, a remote village in the Ashanti region as well as my secondary education after which I moved to Kumasi to complete my tertiary education.
I am married with four children
I briefly worked as an accounts officer at a Credit Union in Kumasi but I had to stop to jointly open a small joint with my brother.
I wish to state that my whole family including the extended family depends on the little income I been earning from the joint.
I have an ambition to set up a saloon for my wife who is a professional hairdresser so that she will be able support me in bringing our children to an appreciable level in education. Thus I need assistance to help me acquire a shop, purchase materials such as dryers, chemicals, electrical installation as well as little money to run the operation of the saloon.
I believe this ambition if realized, will release some of the heavy family burden from my shoulders as my wife would be able to support me financially.
I like football as well listening to music and I also have a passion to assist the sick and the needy in my own small way.

My Business

MY BUSINESS
Currently the business in I am involved in include the resale of both alcoholic and non-alcoholics as well as food in a joint in one of the suburbs of Kumasi.
Our Income is mainly from the sale of the products described above and whatever is realized as profit after taken the cost of acquiring the products and other expenses from the total sales is shared among ourselves as business owners as well as for the expansion of the business.
I believe if the loan is granted for me to set up the business, pressure will be drastically reduced from the little income from the current business so that I would be able to save part of the money to repay the loan.

Loan Proposal

Shop Renting @ $ 50
1 hand dryers $60,

Greetings and God's blessings in abundance to my lenders
I wish to take this opportunity to thank you for for your God-sent facility. It has gone a long way to help me to come up with the shop for my wife's saloon.
With the money we have been able to rent the shop, make the interior decorations, acquire few hair chemicals and also start making announcements in the vicinity.
We are planning to open officially during the Easter holiday.
We do promise to post a picture on the work so far done for our lender to see how far the have brought us.
    Most grateful.
