About Me

My name is Shadrach Yeboah Kyeremeh born into a family of seven and the sixth born, who is quite calm and reserved and very analytical in issues pertaining to the age in my childhood.I started my nursery and basic education at Methodist basic School at Bomaa and was good and performs very well in Mathematics, Science, English Language, environmental and religious related topics as I progresses through the various stages of my education at the basic level before graduated to higher level.
I assisted my parents to raise money for my education, managing the little resources available, studying and working very hard to overcome financial hardship in achieving my goals. In most case, I fetch for fire wood from the bush to sell to food vendors and also work on a day wages by weeding people's farms.
Upon the poor performance of basic School children in Integrated Science as a subject, the publisher of Image Link Series published an Integrated Science book to aid teaching and learning and to promote students performance in Integrated Science. I then decided to work on commission bases by distributing the books to various schools both public and private schools and a number of books selling outlets. Through this, I became the principal distributor for Image Link publishing company in integrated Science publications. The people in the area where I live are very hospitable. They accept and recognize others way of living to ensure dynamism in culture and integration.
My children want to become entrepreneur in the business field.
I like playing and watching soccer and am proud to be the head coach of my school team developing students talents in football.

My Business

I am a distributor of integrated Science books in Junior high schools in Ghana. The name of the publishing company is image link limited. The products have helped students in the Junior high School to study and master over the Science subject. This has caused an increase in demand of our products especially during the first term that is from September to December every year. I chose this business because of the excellent of the product and the demand on market. I take it from the publishing shop and supply it to the schools and various book selling outlets. The cost involved is about 1500$ and the profit margin is 20%. The amount of the profit I get will be used to reinvest in the business.

Loan Proposal

I need this loan to buy packaging material to package the books for easy distribution. The cost of the packaging materials is $0.8. This will help both myself and customers to feel comfortable in carrying the books. It will increase my customers and decrease my Transportation cost since the books will be much easier to carry around . This will help me to package about 1000 books which will increase my profit margin to about 12%. Thank You
