I am madam Maurine from the rift valley region in my country Kenya, I am married and blessed with one Girl child 3 years old, I come from a humble background my father was a farmer and mother was a house wife, I started school at highlands primary sat for primary education and joined Lore-to high school where i sat for Kenya certificate in secondary education, I joined moi university and pursued a degree in Education.
I overcame several challenges from luck of food, school fees to bullying while i was in school.
While i was young my father was my best friend i always felt safe when i was around him, I watched him struggle with dairy farming waking up very early in the morning feeding cows and going to the farm made me stronger.
I own a dairy farm and am also a pre school teacher earning a monthly salary of 280 us dollas.
My farm is a 2 acre land where i keep four cows for milk and two bulls for land digging and production.
I sell 40 liters of milk at 60 kes per liter thus make 24 us dollars a day, i also sell manure at least twice a month which earns me 30 us dollars on each selling day, i keep several chicks which gives me a daily income of 3 us dollars and sell kales which earns me 3 to 6 us dollars a day.
The schools are about to open after the holiday, I'll prefer to spend this loan on school fees for my kids.
Thank you may God bless you and family.
