About Me

I started my primary school education at age 6 in a small town called Pussiga, in the upper east region of Ghana. My father was a pastor of A/G church and he was transferred the same year to a remote village called Widnaba in the same region but in a different district where the school only have two classrooms for primary one to primary six with no furniture and only two un-trained teacher manning the six classes, three classes in one classroom.
It took self endurance and discipline from what it takes in feeding, materials like uniforms, footwear, learning materials and fees to get up to my teaching certificate
I have made some savings and supplemented it with teachers fund loan and commenced.
The land is having two season in a year-wet and dry and mostly are peasant and grain producers.

My Business

I do retail sales of mobile phone credits
The area location have almost all sim providers in Ghana( such as Vodafone, MTN, Tigo Airtel Ghana etc) have net coverage and almost 70% of adult worker have mobile phones, hence the demand.
It have less lost in terms of damage, have fixed profit because it is commission based, and moreover it high demand and very low costly to run.
One thousand Ghana cedis.
I use the profit gotten to reinvest in growing the business.

Loan Proposal

I will buy 20 pieces of MTN recharge cards valued at $10.00 and 20 Vodafone recharge cards also valued at $10.00. This will benefit myself and my family because part of the profit gotten will be used to cater for the family's basic needs whereas the remaining amount will be used to reinvest in the business for it to grow.
