About Me

Hello , My name is Collins Mutinda Muli from Kenya, am 33 years old . I've been brought up in different towns in my country because my dad used to work in Kenya Railways and transfers were rampant.
I've come from a humble background where my mum used to sell vegetables because my dad was a drunkard and all the money he got used to go to the bar.
I've grown loving business and I always wondered how will I start my business ? where will I get the money to start my business? Besides , am also a musician over here and I always thought I would get money from music and eventually start my business , while music its self is a business , that already tell you that its so hard to crack the music business here .

My Business

I always had a passion for music ever since i was young and in the year 2013 i finally decided to start my music career, it wasn't a bed of roses and so i could not pay for my bills and decided to double deal with the other side of production which is video production. I put my career on hold and decided to be employed by a big production company in the country and worked there for around 4 years .I later quit after gaining experience and decided to start my own production company in the year 2019 and currently trying to buy some of the equipment slowly by slowly .
I chose this business because i always had a passion in arts and i was confident that it will be easier working. 2020 was a difficult year and the world needed to adopt to new ways of living causing the digital space to expand , i shot a lot of YouTube content that were eventually uploaded but with out my own equipment and cameras .
I currently focus in shooting music videos , mini documentaries , vlogs, and commercials which pay well approximately ksh20,000 - ksh 50,000.
climbing up the ladder in terms of Zidisha loan will help me get better equipments to expand my little growing company.

Project Proposal

i have other business competitors who are bringing in their shipment and currently i need to buy a few stuff from them and i currenly am peniless , so the loan will hepl me pick a few stuff and sell them at a profit and repay my loan too.
