The loanI proposed here for starting my business, since I believe and I have done a little survey that the business I will do is feasible is look from any aspect such as:__1. Target Market (By social class: Middle Up; By Age: 15 - 50 yo; By Demography: the whole town; by communities)__2. Product; We are going to sell various danish pastry but we are not said as is it: The name is Danks Wienerbrod, this name I used for attracting the customer, as I have found out the danish pastry only sold in 4 star Hotel and Higher, so, in opinion I believe, it is a new product for most of people in town or even in the country.__3. Sales and Promotion strategy; Sosial Media, Digital marketing, supply to three star hotel and below.__4. Simple P/L calculation is Food Cost 30%, Fixed Cost 55% (Wages, Lease, Overhead, Marketing)__5. ROI Rate is 15% per month

About Me
I am a man with educational background in Hotel management and Commercial Culinary with more than 20 years working experiences. Last seven years, I employed myself as Hotel and F&B Consultant. Three years ago, my wife has pre-eclampsia (Hypertension during Pregnancy) which caused kidney failure. At that moment, our family have spent a lot of fund to taking care my wife, we spent saving, sell car, and house to cover the cost. Since most of time spent to take care my wife, automatically I quite difficult to get client. So, I decide to have a F&B business with starting a small restaurant or cafe in my home town, Bandung, Indonesia. I believe, with my expertise as a Chef (I have European Experience) and my other experience as marketing director in one popular F&B Enterprise in Indonesia, I can perform my business as Planned.
I will save my earning for my sons's (I have three sons) education especially the youngest one which born at the time his mother got kidney failure and pay my loan to my parent in law for the cost spent to my wife kidney transplant a week ago.
