I am from Githurai 45, a youth with a burning desire to contribute to the growing economy of my country (Kenya). In addition, I hold a university degree in business administration. My town is full of great opportunities and many people willing to offer advice to the young. Many of the forums I attend urge me to start my own business.
I love researching, and traveling, trying to find knowledge to make my business better. This has helped me gather a lot of information pertaining to my business. Unfortunately, the income from the business is not much. I use it to pay rent and my upkeep limiting me in expanding business. That is the main reason I plea for financial assistance.
I sell school uniforms of all ages and types.
My business is located in Githurai shopping center. This is an area with both public and private schools. I wish to increase materials, machines, and labor as we are approaching school opening in September. There will be a high demand for uniforms. I wish to buy material in bulk, because it is much cheaper. In addition, I want to repair few sewing machines. Zidisha loan will boost me financially influencing me to sell at a cheaper price compared to my competitors. As a result, less privileged families will benefit directly from this loan, for instance, they will get quality uniforms for their children.
