About Me

My name is Daniel Tweneboah Kodua. I am 24 years of age. I am a barber. At the age of 13 years i lost my parents in an accident. My siblings and myself were then forced to relocate to my aunty's house. Life there was tough. I became a school drop out because there was no money to pay my fees. As the first born, i decided to do something to help my younger siblings such that if i am not able to go to school they can at least go so our generation wont be poor in the future. I then became a jack of all trade. Engaged myself in any kinda business that could help me earn little money for survival. At the age of 18 years i decided to go into the hair cut business and became an apprentice to one barber in my area. Through hardwork and determination i was able to acquire the knowledge through training in a period of 4 years and currently i own one shop and i am helping my siblings through school.

My Business

My job is to shave and trim people's hair. this business is quite lucrative and profitable. People that is men love to look good and presentable in the society, that is at their workplaces,homes,church,school etc. and so they dont like their hair unkept. this has made people rushing in and out of the barbering shop all the time. so then i make quite an amount from this business which i use in helping my siblings education.

Loan Proposal

with this loan i hope to buy new machines, a sterilizer, a cloak, shaving materials and also decorate my shop to make the place inviting to customers. beautifying my shop and making the machines look tidy will be pleasing to customers and bring me more work. the sterilizer for instance will be used to sterilize the shaving machines so customers will feel safe from contacting diseases. i expect my profit to increase by at least 15%
