I just wanted to inform you that I had requested a loan of $1,267 and after service free ($63) and credit risk payment ($253) I received a total amount of $951. I wanted to thank you once again for all the help and support. I truly appreciate it. I have already ordered the containers and will be delivered in two weeks time, then I will start construction thereafter.

Hello Lenders, I hope you are all well and in good spirits. I have been fortunate enough to be able to repay my loan early. I have also been given the opportunity to work on a new and challenging project. With the work I've been doing putting up the kiosks in the community a lot of people have taken notice and are very happy and impressed with the work. I have a new job lined up from next week, which is my biggest project to date. I'll be requesting another loan and I truly hope that you will continue to help and support me archive my goals and continue to helping me build and promote my community. Good day ladies and gentlemen, I just wanted to say thank you to you all. You have truly helped me achieve my goals and more, the community and tenants thank you too. With your money I was able to buy a shipping container, and materials to set it up. Including new water pumps and water trunks, install lighting and electrical wiring. The tenant opened up a barber/salon, cyber cafe, kiosk and wholesale clothing shop. They have requested that I add more container shops so they can all grow their businesses. In a month or two I'll be requesting another loan I hope you all will be able to help again. With the earnings from rent I'll be able to pay back the reminder for the loan in full tomorrow.

Once again let me just say thank you, I truly appreciate your help. Thank you.

Good afternoon Lenders,

First of all let me start by say thank you so much for all your contributions, you have not only me but at least fifteen small business owners whom have set up shop with the containers built. Today 12th October one of the tenants who has set up a cyber cafe and game shop put up a TV outside so everyone could watch history been made by Eliud Kipchoge. I've tried to upload photos but it's not working. Once again from me and the greatful business owners thank you for your help and support. The way thing are going it looks like I could be able to pay back the loan early by the end November.

Robert, per the numbers in your loan proposal, you need $605. What is the loan for only $9?

  Yes my loan proposal does indeed require $605 for the full project. But first I need the $9 to finish paying for construction/building permits with office of Kiambu County.
