About Me

My name is Douglas Asiwome-Senahia
I’m the last to a family of eleven four girls and seven boys, not being selfish, I had the policy of meeting other peoples need, and seeing another person satisfied was my happiness. But also,I knew all this would not come to bare without one having a solid foundation for him/herself or being firmly rooted educationally, morally and financially. But of course if I had a well built foundation as wished, my future would have been a dream come true, yet i have my hopes surely high whiles the grace of God is ever sufficient.
I am currently working and looking forward to a fulfilling future, where I can say my dream of satisfying other people’s needs is taking place.

My Business

I`m the marketing coordinator in the Central/Western and Greater Accra region for SAGE LITERARY HOUSE (A book publishing company) apart from just the sale of books, I also host and fund a reading/ writing and illustration competition for my client schools in all the regions I operate. The competition named Sage Literary Talent is designed to inculcate a good reading habit in school children and that is as part of our ongoing effort to championing a reading revolution in our dear nation Ghana.
Having this as stake, I deem it necessary to invest more money into running the competition to foster the program to a successful patronage and to the benefit of all.

Project Proposal

I hope to use the funds to purchase books and sell to students within the schools in my community at an affordable price, to enable them assess to good and quality education. By they first improving upon their reading skills, which stands as the backbone for continuous learning.

I'm really sorry for the delay in my repayment. This is due to a temporary break for all schools in my country and during such time, my client's don't make payments until schools reopen. However, now, schools are open and I hope to pay early on time now. Thank you.

I'm adjusting my installment amount due to a recent decline in my cash in-flow. And this normally happens when schools are on recession because, the schools are my main clients.

I wish to change my installment amount due to the amount of fund inflow I'm anticipating for the moment.

I wasn't expecting to make enough sales of the books I purchased within this time, but by the grace of God, I was able to sell some books earlier than I expected so I thought it's best to raise my payment scheduled amount a bit higher.

I had just received the disbursement and would take to make returns on the money I would invest. I don't think I would be able to make a onetime payment of all the money received.

I want to seize the moment to say a big thank you to Mr. Richard and Tim for allowing themselves to be my channel of blessing. May the good LORD bless you and multiply what soever your hands touch. This money will be used to purchase books and would go along way to help my community in the light of education. I am highly motivated to also become a blessing to others as long as I'm linked to this noble family (Zidisha) indeed you are story changers. God bless you all.

I will like to say a big thanks to my backers for their kindness in supporting me raise the money I requested for. This was really helpful in order to help boast my credit limit. As it were, the actual amount needed to fund my project is quite higher than what my credit limit can enable to me to acquire and so, the only best remedy is to build good credentials and prove my legibility in my repayment of the loan I acquire until my credit limit is enough to execute my project.
I'm really grateful for being there for me and as being here requires, I am willing to help raise funds for others as far as I can meet the targets o their needs. Thank you!
