I was born in the capital of Kenya, Nairobi, but we relocated to the upcountry while I was still a kid. Growing up in a rural area forms the bulk of my history. Early school life wasn't rosy.
Luckily, encouragement and guidance from my parents helped me pass my exams in primary and high school. Eventually, I joined the university to pursue applied statistics with a computing degree.
While I am a graduate, my ambition is to venture into agriculture and create employment. Over the years, I have tried my hand in farming with ups and downs. Although the journey is challenging, the future is bright.
My plan is to undertake profitable farming projects that help me grow financially and have a reverberating ripple effect in the community.
Specifically, I plan to specialise in livestock, horticulture and vegetable farming. Fortunately, I can testify to reaping income from farming activities. I plan to boost my farming venture for more development.
Eventually, I hope to do large-scale greenhouse farming. That said, I require an extra hand, to boost funds from savings and income and help realize my dreams. I am appealing to lenders to consider funding this endeavour.
I had a good experience from previous season. One lesson, and which i want to put i practice,is i must invest in more profitable crops. To be precise i have settled for tomatoes. Having said that my budget is:
$5 for seeds
$6 for Fertilizer
the rest of the materials will come from my own savings.I am very hopeful of the success of this project.Thank you
