My name Susana Amattey, I come from Ada in the Greater Accra region of Ghana, but currently staying in Swedru, a town and the capital of Agona West Municipal District, a district in the Central Region of south Ghana.
I attended Manya Krobo senior high and completed in the year 1993 where i obtained a School Leaving Certificate in business.
My business run by myself and my sister. We teamed up to venture into selling spiced, fried, ripe plantain. It is a snack mostly enjoyed by the youth in the evening. The snack is locally called 'Kelewele',
During the day also, we keep ourselves busy with our other jobs. My sister works at the local factory whiles I prepare and hawk pastries and iced cream in the township and schools
I would use this loan to purchase a quantity of ripe plantain. The ripe plantain is the main ingredient of my Kelewele snack. Other ingredients are pepper, ginger and oil.
It is spicy and when prepared it is served hot. This way, it remains delicious and tasty,
