About Me

I was born in the remote Island of Mfangano and grew in the Island. My parents were not very able but with the little resources they managed to take care of me including letting me go to school up to secondary level. It was a little bit of had life but we managed to cope up.Now I reside in rongai and my dreams are to be a responsible parent to my children and able to attend to them more than my parents did tome.

My Business

I do phone repair, replacement of parts and also sell phone accessories. I started the business in July 2011 and it has been moving on well. The biggest challenge has been on capital to get phone parts and other accessories and also buy machines that are used in repairs. Phones are nowadays used by almost everyone but people of low income especially fishermen employed in the boats are a majority of my customers. I have a goal to grow my business to be the leading shop in phone repair and accessories shop in the island. I also have a goal to sell new phones to customers in the island. I am proud of the fact that in this business you continue learning as you do it.

Loan Proposal

I will purchase phone parts and accessories at 5000 Kes. I will also go for additional tools with the rest of the money. With the additional tools I will be able to repair certain phones that I have not been able to repair. I will also have a variety of phone parts. This loan will therefore help me increase customers. I will therefore be able to provide for my family very well and this will mean an improved life.
