About Me

My name is George Mubanga , I am a dedicated and hardworking vegetable farmer whose vision and ambition to become a commercial farmer in future.
I completed my education and I have graduated with a Diploma in Agriculture Science. I started my business with an inspiration from my employer where am working as a farm manager.
Iam an entrepreneur and grow vegetables for sale and am looking forward to grow and expand this vegetable business. Am honest and hardworking individual who strives to achieve great goals in my business.

My Business

My source of income is from my vegetables farming which I grow for sale and for home consumption. In addition, I also sell farming produce which I buy and resell them at a profit from my fellow farmers, who grow crops which I do not farm in my gardens. I sell vegetables such as cabbages, rape, egg plants, lattice, tomatoes, onions and green beans. The other crops such as potatoes, sweet potatoes, oranges, bananas, lemons and groundnuts I buy from other farmers and resell them at a good profit.
All these good are very important for day to day consumption and highly in demand daily. Therefore, I earn good profits and some profits I do buy farming inputs and farming tools to make my work efficiently and effectively at the farm.

Project Proposal

I still need funds to buy the effective natural insecticides which should include Bacillus, thuringiensis, spinosad and pyrethrin. I need to buy the liquid spray in tomatoes gardens because of the out break of aphids, whiteflies, hornworms, cutworms, tomato fruitworms and stink bugs. Once these insecticides are controlled that have been attacking my tomato gardens lately, I will have yield production in my tomato fields and sale them at a very good profit.
