I am a business woman who ventures into any profitable venture. I am currently involved in selling a local delicacy of roasted dried maize with groundnuts. I am also a baker and own an oven but unfortunately for me, I business moved from bad to worse a couple of years ago when the prices of commodities such as flour, margarine and gas started going up. I am still interested in exploring potential profitable ventures and see Zidisha as an opportunity to start all over.
I am currently into preparing and selling snacks such as roasted maize with groundnuts, preparing and selling a local drink made from the hibiscus flower called sobolo. I have been struggling to get capital to invest into my business but hope Zidisha will be helpful.
Dear Lenders,
I will be adding this loan to my capital to purchase maize, groundnuts and plastic packaging bottles. I will be roasting these and package them together in plastic bottles. This product is a delicacy and I do make good profit from it.
Thank you.
