About Me

My name is Vincent. I am 23 years old,I was born in the Northern Region of Ghana but i am now living in berekum. I was raised by single mother after my father died when i was still young.I am the first child in my family. i went to school at R/C Boys school. my mother had no money to pay for my secondary school fees.
After finishing my basic education, i went to live with my grandfather who grow me into farming work because in my home town what they do there is farming. life was good for me because everything i wanted i was provided for me. my grandpa became old and he could not be able to operate on his farm any more so he asked me to take over on his farm work. i never loved the farm work because one could be dirtied with mud but i had too. Now am a good farmer i produce tomatoes, vegetables, maize, beans.Besides that i run a grocery where i sell tomatoes, vegetables, onions, potatoes, cucumber in berekum

My Business

I do tomato farming and so the major products that i provide for the markets is tomatoes. I farm my tomatoes in open field and i always minimize the use of pesticide in my farm. And here we are in the drying season and there is no water in the soil that is why i am pleading with with you to help me to get irrigation water pump machine for my farm because my first loan couldn't buy it.
The demand for tomatoes has always been high since most farmers in my area fear tomato farming saying it has a lot of work. there is a lot of opportunity as many people get there supplies several kilometers away from my village.
I choose this business because it was the most profitable business ,and i was near source of water. the soils also lack blight and so it supports this crop.

Loan Proposal

I spend $100 on labour and manure . my average revenues are $175 per month.I use my revenues by supporting my family given that my dad is retired and my mum has no stable source of income and saving for my university fees
