A dedicated, detailed and capable business executive for over 26 years of experience in finance, accounting and management. An academia with a strong research, coaching and a presenter at conferences through lecturing and facilitating knowledge transfer in international finance, accounting, capital markets, and change management. Seeking to transfer the rich experience and the repository of knowledge to support the unemployed because of my history of destitute to where I am . Currently, I am a CEO of a microfinance company and looking to fund a block making factory which will employ in total 70 people.
Producing Hollow and solid block and pavement block to meet the growing demand of the Real Estate Industry in Ghana. The machine can produce an average of 5000 blocks per day with an average price of GHS 5 generating about GHS 25,000 per day. With a conservative combination of cost and revenue analysis, a net profitability of 40% is expected daily.
I am currently preparing the premises for the installation of the block laying machine. The preparation require more investment but little by little I will do my best to organize until the loan value is enough to buy the plant fully.
The Real Estate sector in Ghana has proved to withstand the turbulence but with a remarkable increase in the sector. the growth of 10% is guaranteed and therefore we will sell the blocks and tiles to pay for all cost involve.
