My name is John M. Mwaengo a Kenyan citizen . I am a graduate with Diploma in Computer Maintenance and Repair ,studied at Dignity Computer College . I am married to one wife with one son now.
Apart from business, I also play keyboard in my local church alongside preaching .
Recently i have taken in a teenage girl ( aged 13 years) in my family , who lost her father and her sick mother is not able to take care of her. I have taken the responsibility of educating her and providing her basic needs.
I have worked at Blingnet Computer College as Technical Manager 2009-2011. During this time i got exposed and experience to Cyber Business and had a dream to start a my own Business .
In April 2012 I started Jeknosoft Computers currently working there
I do offer internet services, scanning, printing, photocopy, Binding and generally secretarial services.
My Business typical monthly costs are : Rent 10,000, Electricity bill 4,000, Internet supplier 4,000, business stock kshs 7,000 and salaries 6,000.
My average income is ksh 75,000. i use profits to improve my business , pay my residential house rent,and School fess for my son
Recently ( Last week) , we had a power surge which left two of my monitors grounded beyond repair. This has lowered my income because most of the client had to queue .This has affected my daily income significantly.
I urgently need US $ 84.3 price for each monitor, that is 2 monitor will be US $ 168.5.
The rest of the money US$ 39.7 will be used to service and repair HP Laserjet 1536 MFP
This will increase back my gross income back to its height US$ 29.7 daily
