I wanted to support you as I work in IT as well, but after checking your website I was quite underwhelmed by the quality of the site and its content:
- The formatting of the code and lists in the real articles like the top two ones on Java basics and bash is broken so much, that it will put off anyone coming to your page. I won't even go into value the articles bring.
- Most of the articles have just the header / source / main photo which is unique, with the same content which is fake / unrelated. This includes the 'My favorite' article: advancelearnlinux.com/after...

I think it's way to early for you to request a loan for marketing the page, if the content is bogus to the point that for a moment the whole loan request looked like a scam to me.
