Well, my story is a short one. I come from a family of 5, 2 siblings and both mother and father. I went to primary school and attained my KCPE certificate and later was enrolled in a secondary school where I attained my KCSE certificate. Afterwards, I took some basic computer classes and attained a certificate as well.
I was employed in Parkland as sales personnel for an electronic boutique/shop where I worked for a year. I later moved on to an automotive firm in an industrial area as front desk personnel / receptionist. I worked there for 5 years and managed to enroll for a diploma in public relations. I was taking evening classes after work. I started a family at this time. I got pregnant and it was a difficult pregnancy and therefore I had to quit my job.
After I got my baby, I started a small business in Fedha and after a few months of running it successfully, it burnt down to the ground one fateful night. From there, it has been a struggle, but I manage to sell some stuff online and from the house as that is where I usually operate from nowadays.
Dear lenders, I deal with women's stuffs and, as we well know it, they are the highest spenders and impulse buyers in the market. For these reasons, I am dealing with a variety of women's stuff, but my most sought-out stuffs, or my most sales, come from body shapers / tummy trimmers / corsets. As most women of today are barely finding time to juggle between family, business and the gym, these stuffs come so much in handy. They help trim your body and reduce your amount of intake. They are ideal for every woman from the plus size to the size 8. They can be worn with mostly everything as they come in different types and sizes. 90% of today's women are wearing these and for these reasons they are in high demand as all want to look, feel and appear pretty and in good shape. They also come in handy for women who have given birth as they help in sucking and reducing the tummy and waistline that mostly appear due to the baby fat accumulated.
i plan to atleast add some stock to my already existing stock as to atrract my customers with new tending and fashonable items so as to grow my business.
selling from the house has its own challenges and their for one has to be creative and vassatile so as to make sales. so am hopping to boost my bussiness and attract new customers, while satisfying my already existing customers.
