About Me

My name is Samson Chatilo am a farmer .Am a Zambia by nationality I grew up in the remote area of Central Province and to be specific Mumbwa District. From there the only Business I do is farming. I heard of Zidisha loans from my niece and I got interested to apply for the loan to help buy farming inputs.

My Business

Farming is the main source of income and survival, I grow maize , vegetable, sweet potatoes, cassava and groundnuts. Maize crop is the one I grow on a large scare because I sale it to Milling Companies and the profits is very awesome.

Loan Proposal

Am requesting for the loan to buy organic fertilizer , I want to use it to in maize field to make the soil very fertile. This way I will have a good yield and therefore at a good profit. I supply this maize to milling companies at 12.5 moisture content.

Income Source

Apart from growing maize as main crop, I also sale vegetables on a weekly basis. My vegetable Garden is big and I grow a variety for sale. Therefore the income from the sale of these vegetables I will save to repay toward my loan.
