During my childhood I was always a horrible student. In Kenya, before school starts, children usually take pre-school to prepare for the new school year. My mother wanted me to enjoy the public school, unfortunately I didn't go to public school at all. By the time I started nursery, all my classmates already knew how to read. I was the worst student in the class. It took me a long time to learn to read. When I finally know how to read, I read nonstop. I love reading. Once my mother told me to come out to eat dinner. I told her I need to go to the washroom. I took my book and read in the washroom. Sadly, I only knew how to read out loud. I came to start my own business when I finished secondary school.
I work as a motorbike rider transporting goods and people from one place to another. This business has a high demand because people are always in move and goods must also move. My business also is my source of income which supports my income. I managed to start my business with the starting amount of $750 which I bought my motorbike. I use my profit to make savings so that in the future I expand my business.
I will use this loan to buy new tires for my motorbike taxi. The tires will improve the functionality and the efficiency of my motorbike taxi thus reducing the expenditure which would otherwise been used on repairs. I will buy tires costing about $250 and then use $5 to pay the mechanic. From this my business will go up by the profit.
