.......BUT.i have been credited ony 300ksh in my account.

  It can take up to 3 business days, US Eastern Time, for a repayment to be credited to your account.
  
  After that time, if the payment hasn’t been credited please create a support ticket with the following details:
  - Date you made the payment
  - Payment amount
  - Phone number or account number you used to send the payment
  - Transaction ID of your payment
  
  Also check the payments of the previous loans. Sometimes an payment of a few month ago isn’t recorded. Then it only looks if a current payment isn’t recorded but it is booked correctly and is shown on the old loan where there is a missing payment.
  
  So check carefully which payments aren’t recorded and then create a support ticket with the correct info.

hello cosmas, your loan is due. you can pay up or if you have difficulties reduce your repayment amount to avoid being listed by the CRB
