My names is Elijah Samarek. Am a young person aged 28yrs . Am a trained tax practitioner with the Kenya Revenue Authority based at Embu, Kenya.
I also do livestock farming in Kajiado county with a pastrolist background. My hobbies include socializing, helping the needy and sharing the gospel of the kingdom of God.
Am employed by the organisation mentioned above on permanent terms of employment.
Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA), is the sole government agency responsible for collection of revenue through levying of various taxes.
I perform tax computation to determine liability of individual persons or organisations.
I 'am a commercial livestock keeper. I resale them for profit to meet my education needs.
Currently, I wish to undertake a Masters Degree in my area of Tax specialisation save for my financial constraints. As such, I have devised a source of income that can service my school fees problem. Commercial livestock keeping is a stable source of income despite the risks of droughts and livestock diseases.
While cattle farming was a sign of prestige in my community in prior years, elites like me do it for commercial reasons to finance development projects or career advancement in my case hear.
If Zidisha financed this loan, i will purchase animal feeds to supplement dwindling pastures ocassioned by prevailing dry spells in my area (Kajiado County)
Livestock rearing for profit is a recent development in my community, the former having been for prestige and status. Today, however, elites like me do it for profit in a bid to raise alternative sources of income as well as raise money for beneficial projects like education in my case here.
A loan like this one will help me buy two young rams and a young he-goat at a cost of $2 each and $2 respectively.
