About Me

My name is Zurah Kwedo and went to school in Nairobi and Kampala. Currently living and working in Nairobi where I am married and bringing up my 3 children. I've always wanted to create an environment that people can come to to recharge, relax and reset away from the world's distractions. This need has formed the basis of my business and currently looking for funding to propel the business forward.

My Business

This business is in collaboration with my sister, Abigail Nasser who has been the financier up to this point. Our vision is to create multi-purpose recreational grounds that are both aesthetically pleasing and unique but also taking advantage of the natural eco system that is available. The loan shall be repaid through income generated from the grounds and extra profits re-injected back into growing the grounds to expand our offering. This opportunity became available when I saw a vision to re-purpose land that formally sat idle and is currently not in use by my family.

Project Proposal

Again, this will go towards paying wages for the worker maintaining the grounds. This helps in running day to day costs as we try and increase our credit limit to borrow enough for completion of the gardens.
