About Me

My name is shem, a for two drop out from Gilgil Secondary school. I was forced out of school because of lack of school fees, i was raised by humble parents who engaged in farming.
After leaving school and staying with my parents who where farmers, i came up with an idea of doing a unique kind of farming, where i rear goats for both meat and milk, i started with two and i have seen my business grow over time and i am currently having a total of 7 goats where i milk four. Nakuru is a unique town blessed with good weather patterns and thousands of flamingos that attract tourist each and every day

My Business

I keep goats for both meat and milk, currently i have a total of seven goat where i rear four for production of milk an the remaining three are kept for meat. The goods that i offer are very unique because many people like consuming goat milk as opposed from the cow milk because it it rich in proteins on the other hand many people like goat meat because of its softness and tenders and thus many people like consuming the meat. I chose this business because it was unique and thus could attract many customers as opposed to a business idea where the market is already flooded by competitors. I use my profits to feed my goats, support mu kids in school as well as my aging parents.

Loan Proposal

i will use the loan given to buy a motorcycle that will be used for the supplying of milk to my customers in town. The bike that i intend to buy goes for 60 us dollars in the market places. A loan of 7 us dollars will be added to my savings and purchase the desired bike.
I will benefit so much in that i will be carrying out the supply of milk quite easily since i will be having my own personal means of deliveries
