About Me

My name is Vincent onyango from kisumu city I come from a family of six siblings life has not been so easy since I come from a polygamous family. And being a first born in the family but both my parents have struggled to cater for my education especially my father who is a business man . I have pursued supply chain management course and graduated in 2015 since then I have not managed to secure employment opportunity.and in January 2016 I decided to start my own business .where as my father gave me a starting capital to boost my business.from their I want to be a successful business man and raise my children with a good life .

My Business

I practice poultry farming that is I deal with chicken and hens and my business is situated in my homestead where I have constructed a house for my hens.I supply the hens to hotel industries and eggs to my local villagers.I decided to engage in this type of business because it has a high demand since food is a basic need and looking around it has no competition around my place .per a month I make a profit of 3500 Kenyan shillings. From this profit I use some and the remaining amount save in order to expand my business.

Loan Proposal

The loan am going to receive I want to purchase a second hand motorbike for 40,000 Kenyan shillings and the remaining amount I will buy more hens especially those ones laying eggs from this I know the breed will expand hence I will create more profit. The motorcycle also I will use it as a transport material carrying customers to various places.from this I know my profit per month will increase from 3500 to 7500 Kenyan shillings.

    Dear Vincent,

You opted to enlarge your credit limit by putting a big part of this loan into the Member Loan Fund. You didn’t receive this on your bank account.
More info about this can be found in the FAQ (www.zidisha.org/faq#faq-65).

You can find an overview with the calculations on your “your credit limit” page. (www.zidisha.org/current-credit). Before taking out a large loan, you must first build creditworthiness by repaying small test loans over a period of time.

If you already accepted the loan and this was a mistake then please cancel the loan by following the instructions on your dashboard (www.zidisha.org/borrower/da...) Or if this isn’t possible anymore then contact support to ask for an MLF refund.

Ps. This is a place to communicate with lenders. If you need help from Zidisha staff about your account then you should always create a support ticket using the help menu (www.zidisha.org/borrower/help).

    Kind regards,
    Joost
    Team Zidisha
