About Me
I am a 26-years old student and businesswoman. I have been in business for about 2 years now, starting immediately after my fourth form. I take my part-time classes at Nairobi Aviation College here in Kisumu, where I study sales and marketing.
The most unique thing about the land and culture where I live is that the land is fertile and there is a lot of fish from the lake. My hobbies are reading and making friends.
My Business
I offer sales of second-hand clothes at Kibuye market in Kisumu town. Customers prefer my stall because I offer affordable prices and credit facility. I also offer quality and affordable clothes compared to others.
At the moment, the problem I am facing is a lack of enough stock, which makes me close more often when I go to bring more stock during the week, making me lose customers. I make about 200 US dollars per month.
With a loan from Zidisha, I would be able to raise more money from my sales because of increased stock, leaving me with good profit to save and repay the Zidisha loan if granted.
