About Me

My name is Mary am 40 years old and I live in Mbala district in chief Nondo chief dom in the copperbelt province of Zambia,i started school at the age of 5 and I completeed my primary school education when I was 11 years old I proceeded to secondary education at the age of 12 and I completeed at the age of 18years old but I didn't go to college due to lack of sposership, I am an ambitious woman from Eldoret, a lush, maize-producing area in the Rift valley region of Mbala district . Am also very passionate, hardworking and eager to learn and take on new challenges. These qualities have propelled her to become one of the most respected farmers in her village. She sells milk, poultry and vegetables produced on her farm.

My Business

After completing my secondary education at the age of 18,i only stayed for 3 years with out doing anything then I got married to my husband he later gave me money to start up a business so that i can be helping her to take care of the family, I have 3 kids that I take care using the profits I make from this business and Of all the activities in which I involves herself, dairy farming is closest to my heart. I enjoys waking up every morning to go and milk her cows and feed them with fodder that has a high nutritional value. I am so keen and close with her cows that she has named them. They make me feel very proud and fulfilled.

Loan Proposal

My business is doing very well at the moment but my capital is small ,am unable to pay for my children school fees because my business can collapse if I take out large amount of money from it, that's why have decided to request a loan from zidisha lenders, I am seeking a loan of 433 Zambian kwacha through zidisha lenders to pay school fees for her children. She believes that the knowledge and skills her children will get through school will help them have a brighter future.
