Hello, I decided to start up a business of my own of sewing woollen carpets, crotcheting scarfs, socks, knitting sweaters and selling of new and second hand clothes. I started with 2,500 shs. and upto now i have had a profit of 50% in every month. Now, i want to upgrade my business whereby i want to get more material and stuff from other countries.
My business is located in the heart of Mombasa Island. It is competent and needs lots of money to set up a premises. I sew the carpets according to design and order. I get a profit of 50% per carpet. Sometimes i get a loss when the bail that i purchase has torn mats for sewing,is when I deep in my pocket and get extra cash for the business to survive. If my request for a loan will be successful, i am sure i will run this business with much effort.. Plus, getting clothes from other countries is expensive due to high taxes.
Hello. I will use the funds to purchase more materials and equipment. Also, to get an employee who can help in the production.
