I work as a full Volunteer in three non profits I established.
We are focusing on developing technological solutions to problems facing Africa.
I am also the CEO and Executive Producer for Black Mental Health Matters show which focuses on raising awareness on Mental Health.
I also established Zumaridi Communications , a Technology firm focused on developing innovations for the African continent.
During my free time I like to doing things that impact the community positively ,hiking and travelling.
Creating a Mental Health application Project
I'm a technology leader working on developing African centered technologies.
We are developing a new video conferencing platform tailored for African market.
I'm also into Al and natural language processing whereas we are developing models to enable the translation of indigenous African languages.
Currently I have a number of projects including developing a mental health application which will enable users have access to culturally sensitive mental healthcare and be part of a community which cares about them.
There is no robust mental health community which brings together Black mental health professionals from all over the world and Black Mental Health Matters is working towards filling this gap.
All our projects are volunteer driven as the organization doesn't have any sponsors yet.
I believe that through your support we will be able to build a virtual mental health clinic for people in Africa and in the diaspora to have resources to better manage their mental health.
Our goal is to provide a virtual environment where healing is encouraged and mental health is the first priority.
With your support we will achieve this for greater common good of humanity struggling with the stigma which comes with mental health.
I'm raising funds to enable Black Mental Health Matters build a virtual clinic for people to access mental health services on a digital platform and enable access to culturally sensitive mental healthcare.
Black Mental Health Matters has been running a weekly show focusing on raising awareness on Mental Health and eradicating stigma in the Black community.
Funds raised will go towards enabling the organization develop a better website and an application for mental health services access.
