About Me

I was a father with one wife, with three children namely hasna ( 13 ) , ariq ( 8 ) , and anindita (3). I was born from the parents of small farmers in mountain areas dieng that cool and beautiful and far from many types of pollution and support for a healthy life in the body and soul , people still plain innocent and friendly .

In my village , many people still life left behind economically and education because of various causes and reasons , and I have a desire to have a role in elevating personal life , the family , and the surrounding community .Because of it , I always think to do whatever I can afford to realize it , I have the 3S START motto or something like words of wisdom, that are STARTING from my self , STARTING from a small thing , and START right now.

My Business

At this time , I have a small shop that I manage together with my wife . In the past , we started opening stores from the capital that is relatively small and goods are a little namely around US$ 370 assets and now stores has reached around US$ 1481 with the amount of goods which is quite varied.

Goods existing goods in a shop i especially are goods and tool household needs to serve and meet their needs .Although still small shop , we are trying to manage a shop with wearing the principle of management of the principle of a shop that both in starting by making good bookkeeping and tidy , good service , choose goods that are good , an affordable price , the layout of goods that are good , another and another .

Now , we have been able to to obtain net profit about US $ 16 in one day which the shops are open from 6 in the morning until 9 at night . We plan to add to the amount of goods of which there are in a store because it is still a lot of stuff who are not able to we have prepared because of the limitation of capital , in fact the goods are deeply in need by the surrounding community

Loan Proposal

Semakin banyak persediaan barang dan semakin cepat perputaran penjualan maka akan semakin besar pula laba yang dapat di raih, oleh karena itu saya mengajukan pinjaman yang kedua ini untuk menambah persediaan barang dagangan sehingga bisnis toko dapat meningkat omset dan laba secara bertahap.

Menurut data toko sejauh ini, laba bersih sekitar 20% dari penjualan, apabila modal bertambah $252 maka akan tambahan laba sekitar $50 setiap putaran barang, dan ini dapat di capai karena bertambah modal tidak menambah biaya tetap (fix cost) seperti biaya tenaga kerja, biaya listrik dan biaya tempat. Biaya variabel ( variabel cost) hanya pada biaya pembelian barang, biaya transport ke pasar dan biaya plastik pembungkus untuk mengemas barang yang di beli.

Pinjaman ini saya ajukan karena masih banyak barang yang di perlukan namun modal kerja yang saya punya sekarang ini masih kecil. Berilah saya pinjaman dan akan saya kelola sebaik mungkin uang para pendana semua. Saya juga akan memberikan laporan perkembangan bisnis toko secara berkala, sehingga para pendana juga mengetahui perkembangan bisnis toko saya. Terimakasih.
