About Me
Am a male born in 1992, I started my primary school in lusaka province in 1998 and I did my secondary education at St. Mark`s High School where I was selected as the vice head boy. During high school, thats when I became passionate about write and video shooting. I was the president in our press club and I was very good at it. So, after high school I decide to study journalism and public relations at evelyn hone college of which I obtained my diploma this year (2015). During my 3years at Evelyn hone college I was selected as the academic secretary and I was the president for the press clud again. I have always been passionate about media and this is why I want to start up my own business instead of looking for a job because i know i have alot to offer to the world. My dream is to soon own a T.V station which will be shown worldwide in year to come but for a start I will start locally. Zambia is a very unique land in such a way that people are always looking forward to whats on T.V and they is alot of untapped market. I love writting and video editing alot, I can do it all night without getting tired. I overcame the hardship in my life by been deligent and through prayer, I always find the problem first and the solution is always simple after really knowing what the problem is.
My Business
My business is video shooting and advertisement. I intend to make adverts for companies in form of advertising and also wedding and music videos then later i also want to do film shooting. Video shooting is very import in such a way that a lot of companies refer to advertise on digital media nowadays. Companies don't stop advertising because the market keeps on changing and they always want to be on top of other competitors. For wedding videos I will be doing it at K1,000, I will be doing music video at K800 and for company advertising I will be doing it at K2, 500. I will be using the profit to invest in the business and buy the equipment I need.
Loan Proposal
Since am into advertising, am going to use the money to buy a video camera which will help my business grow. I will get a simple digital camera which has high mega pixels and as well as HD picture quality and sound. Such a Video camera will bring to life the events that i will be shooting and it will further be in line with the global demand of switching from analogue to digital. The Video Camera i intend to buy is a good HD Canon by make and costs K 1,500. Having such a quality camera will bring todays entertainment to an overall stand still because the quality and power with twhich the camera has will not only boost my business and make things for me easier and simpler in terms of editing and shooting but it will leave memories that will stand a test of time to be shared from one generation to the next. I expect my profit to be more than 100 percent and will increase in tim due to the modern equipment i would have aquired and because i would not only be doing wedding and ceremonies but i intend to do documentaries and act as a freelance journalist at the same time.
