About Me
Hello, Zidisha family. I am 26 years old from Nyeri, Kenya. I graduated with a Degree in Bachelor of commerce, insurance option from Chuka University.
While in the university, I came to fall in love with the agency business, which was my specialization. After school, I registered a property management company.
I am planning to expand my business as days go by when more finances start coming my way.
My Business
As I have already said, I own a property management company. I like the agency form of business because startup capital is quite small compared to other forms of business in my area.
I am planning to expand to other neighboring areas when I get money for expansion.
Although the income is small for now, I know the future is brighter. I have high hopes to have my income multiplied in the coming years as I expand.
Project Proposal
I have property management company. At the moment, I deal with rentals only. The greatest hurdle that I face is challenges that come with marketing.
I try as much as I can to be in the office as well as be in the field engaging potential clients. Being in the field means that one will require to have liquid cash to cater for transport costs, food, and other related logistics costs.
This loan will help me go on with marketing. This will translates to closing new deals thus increasing my brand awareness and , off course, more income.
I will be very grateful to backers in this community who will play a part in making my dream job come true.
