Am a diploma holder at Thika technical training institute with a credit pass. Went to Muthiga girls and attained a mean grade of C+. I joined college after doing several small business for 3yrs to get college fee which I managed to hit my target. College expenses was a bit challenging and during my first year, I visited a family friend at Mombasa and she gave me a sony camera she was not using.
Immediately, I started taking photos at cheaper cost and at the end of the day, I would manage to cater for my bills till I completed my course.
I wanted to do medicine related course but due to lack of funds I ended up doing an Applied science course.
A mother of one, hardworking and very determined. Am self displined guarded by my ethics.
Far from that I love swimming and doing charity work by myself or through Rotary International.
I am in cereals business( selling all varieties of grains)and money agent(Mpesa and airtel money). After tarmacking for 2yrs to secure a job but in vain, I came up with an idea of starting my own business and I settled on cereals after so many considerations (one being I like farming so much). The cereal and mobile money agents business do well since currently many people do mobile money transfers and consumption of cereals is very high.
I am also aiming to tender to institutions for cereals(majorly maize, beans, green grams, rice and some special grams)
I lend capital from relatives to start a business which is doing fine.
The profit I get from my business use it for some investments, pay shool fees and at least help me do charity work which is my passion
I am targeting to buy 9bags of 90kgs.
4bags of beans each at 65dollars which total to 260dollars.
5bags of maize each at 30dollars amounting to 150dollars.
Each bag of beans earns a profit of 20dollars. 20dollars X 4bags = 80dollars.
Each bag of maize earns a profit of 18dollars. 18dollars X 5bags =90dollars.
Intended ise of the earnings:
30% back to business.
20%save towards secondary school fees come next year for a physically challenged boy I do try to support.
20%pay school fees for my daughter.
20% visit a children's home.
10%save towards my investment plan.
