About Me

I grew up in Jiwdendi slums in Awendo. I went to Sare Primary School. I later joined Coban High School where I sat for my KCSE exam. After form four I couldn’t afford to join college because of lack of funds. I started working for people to get money to raise my life. After getting married I decided to open a day care business. I have a son who would like to become a teacher. I spend my free time reading the bible.

My Business

I offer day care services for taking care of babies whose parents go to work. This service is essential because there are a lot of women who are employed and have small babies but they don’t have nannies. I chose this business because of my love for children. I use the profits to help my husband run the family budget.

Loan Proposal

I will build a few classrooms so that I can extend my day care services by starting to teach nursery school. This will cost me around $200. I will be able to help a lot of parents who are looking for nursery schools for their children. My earnings will also go up. I expect a 50% profit increase.
