I am Yeboah Faustina , about 39 years of age, a trader and married for about 17 years now .A native of Nasana near Seikwa i n Brong Ahafo region, Ghana. A Trader by profession , mother of four children( Three girls and a boy).
I am the second born of my parents .
I come from small community in the middle west part of Ghana. Most of the people of my community are farmers. The main items I sell are frozen fishes and meat. The business is located at seikwa.
Life has not been easy for me from infancy and I survive by trading . I started by buying farm produce on credit bases for resale. It was through this that I got my capital to start my own business. It was through the struggle that i got married. My husband is a cocoa farmer in the western region of Ghana. His cocoa are very young so he get little to support the family back home .
I therefore do this business to cater for our children and my parents who are now in their old ages and cannot do anything better to cater for themselves.
My elder child says he want to become a medical doctor in future, so I am struggling hard to help him achive that. It is my dream to get extra power source aside the national grid and also a very big cold room. So i will be happy to receive zidisha support.
Thanks.
I am a cold store operator(sale of frozen fishes and meat) in addition I sell food products like palm oil ,frying oil, tin tomatoes fried fishes and fresh vegetables(tomatoes, pepper, onion , and garden eggs). I sell the additional items on table top and in smaller quantities to my customers who buy for food preparations in their households.
The business is located in seikwa ,Tain Disrict,Ghana. The patronage of my items is very high and most of the people who buy are women who buy for family food preparation. I operate throughout the day but my busy hours are from 2:00pm(14hours GMT) to 5:30pm(17:30GMT) each day. My vision is to raise this business to the level that I can be making wholesaling to those who will like to buy in bulk for resale.
Currently unemployment is on the rise in my country and it is worrying trend to every concern citizen. My shop space is very small and I operate from two fridges and again I have no extra power source. So I will be grateful to get Zidisha loans support to enable me employ some of the unemployed boys and girls, make a big cold room to keep my items frozen always and to buy a power generator to power my shop in case of power cut(dumsor, dumsor as in local terms ) .Currently I have helper at my shop who is also happy and getting livelihood.
Zidisha is now blessing to me and my family as I almost depend on your loans for my business and family upkeep.
I pledge to obey all the rules and regulations of this institution.
Thank you.
Dear lenders and the entire zidisha team, I wish to start by saying thank you for the great works. This organization is the source of livelihood for my family as my business is finance >/= 90% with zidisha loans.
I sell frozen fish and meat at seikwa, Brong Ahafo ,Ghana. In addition I sell items like fried fishes, onions, garden eggs, eggs, tin tomatoes, spices of all kinds.
I will use the money I will raise from this loan to buy more inventory to support my business and use most of the proceeds to repay the loan and for expanding my business
I am expecting an increase of 5-10% increase in profit base at the end of the loan period.
I will do a great work to fulfill the entire loan terms if I am able to get the loan.
