Hello, I have spoken to Christopher and he has affirmed that he has failed to repay the loan on time due to some financial difficulties. However, he has promised to repay the next installment plus the remaining balance in time.I have also asked him to reduce the installment amount in case of financial constraints rather than skipping payments.
    Thank you!
