Loan Proposal

With this loan i shall purchase 1/8 acre of land which i shall then use for poultry farming.
The land in question currently costs $960 hence i top up the deficit.
In Kenya land is a preciouse commodity and is known to appreciate every year by 25%, therefore this is a worthwhile investment which can only get better with time.
Purchasing this land will enable me upto 500 chickens which i will sell at maturity and also their eggs.
Admittedly this venture will take some time like 3 months, before it can start yielding profits but till then i will be servicing this loan using my other sources of income.
