About Me

Ephraim Assor is my name. I am 33 years of age. I come from Atebubu in the Bono East region of Ghana. Currently I stay at Derma in the Ahafo Region of Ghana. I started and completed my basic school education at Atebubu Methodist Basic School. After completing my Basic School, I furthered to St. Joseph Minor Seminary Senior High School at Mampong in the Ashanti Region of Ghana. I was offered General Arts as my program. When I Completed, I continued to Tertiary where I gained admission into Atebubu College of Education to offer Diploma in Basic Education and I completed successfully in the year 2011. In the year 2014, I gained admission into Valley View University to pursue Bachelor of Education in Social Studies. I come from a family of 10 of which I am the 8th born. The game I like Best is Football. My favourite Pet is cat. I always like reading at my leisure time.
Derma is a Farming Community. The most vibrant occupation for most of the residents there is farming. They engage in the cultivation of Tomatoes, Maize, Cassava and they are also into Cashew and Cocoa plantations.

My Business

I have been employed as a Teacher in Ghana Education Service. I earn part of my income from there. Apart from that am also into farming. I have yam, cassava and cashew plantations. I have also established a barbering shop where I shave people in my community. I have employed 2 people in my barbering shop where I pay them monthly. This also help me earn an extra income daily. I used part of the income to support my family members and the needy in my community most especially the students I teach. My target is on abandoned children roaming on the streets and do support them get their daily meals and also help some of them to register for their health insurance. It is my hope to establish a free pre-school in my community. This will help to educate the younger ones of my community.

However, my dear lenders, I am also in need of loan to expand my barbering shop in order to accommodate more customers at a time and also to employ at least 2 people in addition to those I have employed already.
