My name is Aferiba Tankgaakpebaa. I studied catering at college. I was a child whose aim was to become a matron. My family is not the rich type of family I must say. The ambitions I have has always made me stay focused in what ever I do and with that I have always overcome hardship.
I provide catering services to a basic school. Most children do leave for school so early that they dont make time to eat breakfast. My service therefore helps provide breakfast to these students. I actually chose this business because I like cooking and also I want to help provide meals for students who leave home without taking breakfast. Friends helped me raise funds to start this business. I most atimes make 40% profit from the cost I do incurre.
I want to expand my business by selling additional foods to what I already sell.
Items I will buy if the loan is given to me are:
A bag of rice = $80
A bag of beans = $70
