My name is Mavile Musasa a fashion designing and tailoring, i was born in the copperbelt province .i went to Miseshi Primary School and obtained the junior school certificate.However. due to my good performance i was posted to Riverside Secondary School.After completion of my high school was sponsored to study fashion and tailoring.I was born from family of 3 girls and 4 boys.when i completed the course in tailoring and designing, i was employed by city clothing manufacturing under city council authority.After i gained vast experience i decided to open my own tailoring shop and designing were i manufacture school uniforms, jerseys and design dresses for women more especially kitchen party dresses.Zambia got its independence in 1964 and since its independence she has not recorded any civil wars.Due to its natural resources Zambia is rich in tourism industry and the mining industry which is the back born of the country.Where investors from all walks life and tourists come visit the Zambia.

My Business

Iam a fashion designer and tailoring, i a shop and i manufacture school different types of school uniforms and jerseys.Different schools do engage my workers and i to manufacture school uniforms.The demand for school at the moment is very high due to mushrooming of private school.I choose this business because i generate reasonable profits that is sustainable to the business and my family.Hence i need to buy school uniforms materials to help me for fill the order that i have for now.Material will cost me ZMK 1250 to cater for 200 pieces of school uniforms which after giving the school, i will be able to net as ZMK 2000 as profits which will also help cover working cost and pay my helpers some wages.

I need USD 50 to buy materials to continue to sewing school uniforms to due to mushrooming of school that are being built at the moment.i want to increase the production due the high demand.this in return will bring more revenue to the business.
