About Me

Hi am Richard ,am a young man whose aim is to an Entrepreneur and create jobs to others ,i discus the my aim to a friend whose invited me to this wonderful team called Zidsha Org. when he told me about this team i knew joining this family will help to move forward with my dreams ,i see many people in the street working hard to achieve some goals due to this situation i decided of expanding my welding work and train this children so they can acquire some skills for their daily activities .

My Business

Hi am a welder ,when i was young all my aim was to train hard to acquire some skills ,at the time when i was growing up it was very difficult for my parent to perform their duties because both of my parent were not having any profession so life was very hard for the entire family so i learned something from that ,so at the time when i went to the technical school i took learning serious ,my friends in the school was my books ,i read and solves questions my self because i know where am from so i know how to learn to achieve goals .I was also respectful so the staffs were very proud of me and i also pass my exams .

Loan Proposal

In every one year i organize this programs for the street children who wont to learn welding work .i organize this children and teach them for free so they can achieve some goals .acquiring skills to work is good ,i will be in need of machines and tools for this youth to work .
