About Me

Am Anne Isoka from Musese village at chwele. Am a first-born daughter among the six of us . I attend Friends Church at Toloso/musese. I went to Matibo primary school at chwele. I later went to Toloso girls secondary school. At form three level, my mum encouraged me to start practising farming at an early stage so that at the completion of school, I become self-reliant. I grew vegetables(sukumawiki/kales). At times I used to pay part of my school fees hence lessened mum's burden of paying school fees for three of us who were then all at secondary school level. Now am through with schooling and I used my savings to start a welding business which my husband operates. my husband was once a teacher on contract but now we all utilize income from the welding business

My Business

My business is all about welding. I deal with metal. metals are manipulated using fire at very highest temperatures to join or repair metals or metal products. people need my services because they need metal products like chair, beds etc
To succeed in my business, I need electricity. it costs me because I need to cater for monthly electricity rent so that electricity power is not cut off.
whenever I get my daily income , I save part of it for paying electricity bills and the rest for school fees and home renovation
