Yeboah Michael is my name. I was somebody who was poised and had interest in cooking. At the Senior High School I did Home Economics and I was the only male in my class. The rest were all girls. One could imagine the only boy with thirty-two girls. After Senior High, I started a restaurant.
I cook and sell many food items, banku and okro stew, fried rice with chicken, boiled yam and ogushie stew, boiled plantain and cabbage stew. I enjoy this business because it is a business whose demand is very high as compared with other ones. I have added the sale of minerals such as Sprite, can coka-cola,malt. These also add value to the foods I sell
I will buy three bags of rice$25 for my rice ball. Three bags of maize $17 to prepare my banku. I will also need one large size of the tin tomatoes $3 for my soup. Now that I have added some minerals like Fanta, Malt, Sprite and some sachie alcoholic drinks,I will buy two crates of Fanta $5,one crate of Malt $4, one crate of Sprite $3.
