Not able to talk to applicant upon several attempt, family members are not assisting

I called the applicant today but the call went to somebody ease instead of the applicant, a Man who does not know the applicant
I called the next person on the list which is the community Leader and that number also belongs to the same Man.
I called the next person on the list, a family member but that number does no exist. I called the nest person, number 4 but was off, then i called the next which is No 5 that one was also off. No 6 did not answer, then i called the last one and that one also went to a Man instead of Woman, this Man does not know the applicant.

I was not able to speak to this applicant today i will keep on trying, i need to know what has happening to her and her business.
Among the list only one person answered my call but he does not know the applicant.

I have been calling Irene and family members but not able to get any of them including Irene, their phone numbers are off.
She is also not available on Facebook
