About Me

My name is Lucy Nashipai. I am a learned Kenyan l since I attended Kiwanja Primary School during my childhood years.I have three siblings .I am the second born in our family.I attended Kiwanja Highschool for my secondary school education.I never pursued my higher education since my parents could not raise my college fees.I had to look for an employment opportunity to help my parents pay school fees for my siblings.I was employed as a househelp by one of my rich neighbours.I was very loyal to my duties despite her constant harassment and under payment.I had no otherwise since I had no any other means of earning an income.Seven years later, I had raised enough money to start me off on a business venture.I started a small grocery kiosk in our home area. By Gods grace, the business did fair well. That is how my business started growing.During my free time, I like spending time with my five year kid.I love my kid very much.I would like him to be a successful man in future when he grow up.

My Business

I sell vegetables such as cabbages, onions, tomatoes and other fast moving goods such as food spices. The vegetables are always in demand since most people in my area can not live without them. The vegetables are the staple food for them.I chose this kind of business since I knew the vegetables would not lack to be bought since most people depend on them for their daily food and meals.I incur costs such as government revenue and transport costs when going to purchase this goods from the market. I use the profits gained to feed my small kid and also pay house rent, among other miscellaneous expenses.I also have a savings plan.

Loan Proposal

I will use the loan to buy more vegetables such as kales, spinach, lettuce and even start selling fruits such as bananas, pineapples, oranges and mangoes. When my business is well stocked, it will attract more customers since there will be a variety of goods.I will therefore get more profits and pay the Zidisha loan on time. When I get more profits, I will be able to raise my kid without much strain and even expand my business.I will thus become a financially stable business woman
